Team & roles

Invite people into a workspace and control what they can do.

A workspace can be personal (just you) or an organization (a shared team). In an organization you invite members and assign each a role that governs what they can change.

Roles

RoleCan do
OwnerEverything, including billing, deleting the workspace, and managing all members.
AdminManage monitors, alerts, and most settings, and invite or manage members.
MemberView monitors and run on-demand checks, but not change the monitor inventory or workspace settings.

Inviting people

  1. Go to Team (visible to owners and admins of an organization).
  2. Send an invite to the person’s email and pick their role.
  3. They accept via the invite link and join the workspace.
