Maintenance windows
Schedule planned downtime so alerts stay quiet and your SLA stays clean.
Open maintenance →A maintenance window is a scheduled period of expected downtime. During the window, alerts for the affected monitors are suppressed and the time is excluded from uptime and SLA calculations — so a planned deploy never looks like an outage or dents your numbers.
Scheduling a window
- Go to Maintenance and create a window with a start and end time.
- Times are entered in UTC.
- During the window, failed checks are recorded but do not trigger alerts, and the period is carved out of uptime reports.
